If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules, or to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines as appropriate.

Notwithstanding the above, 22bmw reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

22bmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amendments take effect, except where urgent changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
